Pathetic service. They required a signature for delivery so we agreed to receive the package for a friend of ours who was out of town. Dispatch called the morning of delivery and was advised to call prior to arrival so we could put the dogs in the house. Also requested that driver assist in sliding package from the back of his truck into my truck instead of dropping onto the driveway. So driver didn't call, dropped package and didn't get signature. Truly awful. Damaged the first item . Then refused to deliver it and held it for a month . No one could get in touch with them . Then the redelivery was scheduled and they refused to bring the credenza into my home saying they don’t do white glove delivery , but the $450 I paid for delivery says different .
