Bad service, unprofessional, did a international transfer 3 weeks ago, money never reach my account, money never come back in my account, made me pay $25 for a track request to know about issues, supposed to be in touch in 2 business days, still no phone call or e-mail after 10days, doesn't take the time trying to fix the issue, apparently it's too much work and time for them to e-mail or call the bank to know what is happening.
Order me a new card without asking my permission.
