It was a nice place to go as it have a coin counter and teller. It is now closed and only the ATM outside the shops is open.
With the bank closing up on the 12th of May I guess it makes all the good comments redundant.
Had to wait for over half hour after calling an arranging to come and pick up my statements Be nice if someone could answer a phone too by the way..
Incredible wait times! I waited 30 minutes in line to report credit card fraud. 1 teller on shift with the line out the door. She said “because of covid we have less staff”. That’s a total cop out! It’s because Commbank is automating the system like a lot of places to replace human beings. It isn’t the staff fault, it’s the fault of the bank. Shame on you. Automation isn’t service. If you guys can’t service properly then don’t charge service fees.
