Do not recommend. Sat waiting to speak with someone for over an hour, only to be told no one was able to assist me with my enquiry today. Final straw to make me change to another bank. Commonwealth’s customer service is a disgrace.

Spoke with Sam about increasing my credit card. She was a massive help and also helped with our accounts and making it better with saving more money for ourselves on our home loan

The female bank manager refused to listen. She thought she knew everything and totally stuffed up the two accounts for our mature brain damaged son allowing him access to his main funds and scammers talked him into buying jb hi fi gift cards $2000 in total. Then on our return couldn't be bothered fixing the accounts and just cancelled the cards which created yet another problem. Now we have no card for him to buy lunch on his outings. Only one teller on at 12.05 on a Tuesday. With a long queue. Asked the concierge if they could put another teller on. The response was, "It's lunchtime". Yes, indeed it was. Lunchtime hardly comes as a surprise! It happens daily! They should organise their staff accordingly—disgraceful disregard for customers.
