I'm very disappointed in this institution. Today I woke up to a phone call of them saying that my loan account was past due but they see where I called to set up automatic payments from another bank account. "to avoid any fees would you like to go ahead and make the payment?" I'm confused how I would be the one to get a fee when I'm not the one who messed up this simple process. This bank is fantastic! We do all of our business and personal banking here. They are also great when working with small business loans. Debbie is great!
