I visited this hopeless branch on 23 may.Over 60 minutes of waiting for a 2 minutes job. Disgusting staff, long waiting times, never visiting again.
Just based on my experience today with Mia. I had a few accounts i needed set up the process was smooth she was very informative friendly she is an absolute sweetheart and very professional thanks for your help today.
Don't use the ATMs here, they steal your card, don't give you your cash and don't even bother with trying to get cash on a weekend - they never have any. There is no actual reason for this bank unless you want to get frustrated trying to get your own money
Last week i came to the bank to do some depositing in the machine and one of them wasnt working so i ask one of branch staff and funny thing is it happened to be the branch manager on that day and amy who was so polite, kind, honest, caring and explained in a excellent and professional manner as to why the machine wasnt working which apparently was due the fact customer stuffed it up and they were waiting for it to be fixed.
