Bad experience. No one listens to you and suggests to come back later always. I have been there twice in a week but sad to say no one helps and staff is rude and don’t greet customers properly. You feel unwelcomed and unsupported
I’ve always hated coming to the bank no one ever listens and some people can be extremely rude but I’ve come into plumpton twice now and served by a lovely blonde lady named Tracey. She had made both experiences great she explained everything extremely well and in detail, so i understand what I am doing. Most other people do not do explain anything and look you rudely. Tracey always makes you laugh and smile she’s is an amazing person and you just feel very relaxed working with her.
I visited this hopeless branch on 23 may.Over 60 minutes of waiting for a 2 minutes job. Disgusting staff, long waiting times, never visiting again.
