Super friendly staff every time I've been there in particular Mia have dealt with her a few times now extremely polite very professional and helpful
The Deposit ATMs don’t accept NOTE deposits majority of the time. Why??? We use CBA for work cash deposits and Plumpton branch consistently fails at having available NOTE deposit facilities!
Generally speaking, I regard trips to the bank as bad as visiting the dentist. The service I experienced from Mia was outstanding. My debit card was swallowed by a non CommBank ATM, and Mia sorted out everything to my satisfaction. She deserves recognition from management.
Bad experience. No one listens to you and suggests to come back later always. I have been there twice in a week but sad to say no one helps and staff is rude and don’t greet customers properly. You feel unwelcomed and unsupported
