Can't believe they closed down, what a shame.
Nimisha was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Our appointment was with Nimisha at 09:30 today. She was able to explain various questions that we have, and resolved all our queries within 30 minutes, e.g., CDIA account, closed 2 private accounts, setup / download a CBA app etc. We are very happy with her services.
I visited Pennant Hills branch and greeted by Michelle at the counter. Michelle had a genuine smill and in a blink of eyes she fixed the problem I had with my accounts. Michelle is one of the exceptional customer service person, very rare these days to see genuine staff, must visit the branch to believe it.
There is lunch break for one hour, the machines for taking money or deposit not working. Only one machine works, big line outside bank while the door was locked and you could hear staff inside bank were chatting and laughing. One old lady was upset as she had to walk back home as she couldn’t leave her sick husband for long time. Very poor service of common wealth bank while they charge community high rates.
