I went into commonwealth bank mordialloc to have my adress updated. I Qued up for 15 minutes just for the bank teller to inform me he will not update my adress and that I have to line up again at a seperate area if i want my adress to be updated. Ridiculous. It takes less than a minute to type someones adress into a computer but i guess thats just too much to ask from commonwealth mordialloc. Terrible customer service!

3 stuff members doing absolutely nothing..... and reject to help me... apparently I should do online... butter close this branch and then people can do everything online. After this treatment I will definitely close all my accounts.
