Some of the team here are not helpful at all! Everytime I go to get change they never have any. CBA taking away the change machine for personal use was ridiculous... especially when branches like this can't give you the basics of providing this service!
Dreadful customer service. Had to ask four times when I wanted ti talk to another teller. Waste of time, juss wanted to open up an account with them and couldn’t even fulfill that sorta simple request
