Used to bank at the Merrylands branch until they moved to Stockland Mall and treated me like a criminal. I started to visit and do all my banking at the Guildford branch and I tell you what the customer service and professionalism is off the chart. From the moment you walk into the branch you you greeted and treated like a valued customer. The teller staff are polite, professional and always have a smile on their face and are happy to have a chat.
