The CBA group should be ashamed of this branch. On several occasions I have attempted to attend the Fyshwick Branch, parked my vehicle in the rather precarious designated customer parking area, collected all my belongings and walked to the front door, only to find the Branch is ‘Closed for the Day’. Come on guys, you’re a huge Company that should be able to provide a service to customers both business and consumers on a daily basis, as do other banking business in the ACT area. This branch has a sign on the door stating that it is permanently closed, but no indication as to when this happened. The website states this, but the Google opening hours haven’t been updated - Don’t expect to do any banking here.
Not there anymore
Old hag at the front counter refused to break my 100 dollar bill into 20’s. I used their ATM paid the $7.50 fee and just wanted the bill broken down. Said there is a 10% fee since I was not a customer. Horrible customer service
closed at 2 pm on a week day ( not enough staff maybe ?)
