Excellent service by Kaitlyn. She helped me setting up SMSF and had a good experience in this Branch .
Horrible and rude customer service. The ATM got my money and went out of service. Tried to talk to staff, and they made me waited for 40 minutes, it wasn't even my fault! They asked me to call, had to call later to open a dispute. Worst customer service ever!
unfriendly staff First I toke cash out from the ATM (with my bank card and my correct pin) I saw the the staff, cause of another issue, had to give my bank card, than been asked to open the comeback app on my phone, unlock it with my Face ID, and confirm a code on the app, than show my DriverLicense and been ask to sign a blank piece of paper to confirm my signature.
