I went into get some help to reset my password so that I could log into the app. Very friendly and great customer service from the girl at the reception area. I didn't catch her name but she is the one with arm tattoos :)
Went in to set up a business account they told me to do it on my app. It won't work on my app and keeps giving me an error message. I try calling the branch to set up an appointment. After 1.10 mins on hold waiting for someone to answer- because it's not actually the branch a girl answers and says I need to speak to a different team she then transfers me once I speak to the person who answers they say that they aren't the right people to speak to and now and the correct people to speak to are now closed. AMAZING team. From the guy on the teller with a smile for everyone to the manager being a Jack of all trades jumping on the front counter to help with a busy morning so there was no waiting. The lady with the pink hair sending people to the right girls in the office and watching everyone leaving with a smile.
