Always wonderful assistance at the Burnside store. Very helpful , handled an online return purchase with no problems whatsoever. You just need the email invoice for the purchase as it has the numbers needed for the return. Clothes well made. Good sales !
My friend was literally given the ‘pretty woman’ treatment at this store. Told ‘you know that’s expensive’ by staff when looking at items, also remarking that my friend won’t be able to afford to replace items her child touches. These were the worst of the remarks but there is more. Take your hard worked dollars elsewhere friends.

Manager Kat and store assistant Andrea were so lovely and helpful throughout my time shopping at Commonry! They helped me choose some beautiful pieces of clothing whilst making it a fun and inclusive environment! The Commonry have a great range of sizes as well!!
Terrible after sales service. I bought a Commonry cardigan which shrunk. I tried to return it to the place of purchase which was David Jones, West Lakes. DJs referred me to a Commonry Store. I went to Commonry Burnside & the assistant said that she was a casual & didn’t know what to do & to return the following day. I returned to be told I needed to go to DJs & was given a contact.
