3 stars- I was originally given the wrong date during scheduling, but the delivery guys themselves were amazing.
The only reason that this place is still in business is because consumers aren’t given a choice. By far the absolute worst customer service that I have ever received. Not only did they refuse to deliver my cabinet for over a week, but they continuously lied to me about when it would arrive. I even have a voicemail of them telling me they only come to my area on Wednesdays and then changing my delivery date to Thursday. This was after they had already changed my delivery date 4 times! I needed this cabinet in to measure count... read more
Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. After three weeks I contacted Saatva. My mattress was delivered 48hrs later. I was on vacation so it was less than ideal, but at least I'm done with Common Transportation.
First time working with them. Everyone was pleasant and proffesional.
