The only reason that this place is still in business is because consumers aren’t given a choice. By far the absolute worst customer service that I have ever received. Not only did they refuse to deliver my cabinet for over a week, but they continuously lied to me about when it would arrive. I even have a voicemail of them telling me they only come to my area on Wednesdays and then changing my delivery date to Thursday. This was after they had already changed my delivery date 4 times! Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. After three weeks I contacted Saatva. My mattress was delivered 48hrs later. I was on vacation so it was less than ideal, but at least I'm done with Common Transportation.

Common transportation was absolutely wonderful to work with! They called me right away to schedule the pick up of my massage chair. I told them I could not get the chair out the door by myself and they offered to have their crew come in and carefully remove it for me for a small fee… This was life-saving for me because we had tried to get rid of one of these chairs before and both my husband and I injured our backs trying to lift the 500 pound chair out our front door.
