Far from the white glove delivery that Saatva mattress company “offers” with their mattress purchases. I was given a four hour delivery window from 3-7pm and had to cancel plans to do that because they only get out to my area on certain days. In the middle of the delivery window I called to check on a more accurate timing for my delivery. I was told I was last in on their list and they had 4-5 deliveries to make before mine. Didnt call or text 15 minutes ahead of the delivery, didnt call till they arrived. Then called me and got mad because I wasnt home. Unprofessional.
