Closing the lobby for 2 hours in the middle of the day. Employee asked for my bank card so she could do something suspicious through the drive thru. Then she said she “couldn’t help”. Very sneaky behavior for a bank teller.
I love this CU. This branch is closed from noon-2pm everyday but they still keep the drive thru open for us. They are very friendly and are very willing to go out of their way to help you with an issue if they can. An they will also allow doggos in the lobby! They are now also offering KASASA which is a great opportunity in the banking world! Plus Amiee is always so kind and a blast to talk too!
