I do not recommend working for this company. The drivers work in teams but do not understand the meaning of teamwork. Everything you do gets reported back to the owner, and not always accurately. You would think a team leader would offer guidance if he felt you were not doing something correctly, like a leader should. Not with this company. If you dont "fit in" with the rest of your team they'll work together to get you terminated. The owner's management and business skills are marginal at best. One of the drivers for this company hit one of our trucks, then proceeded to flee the scene. We got you on camera, i can not get in touch with anyone at this company. Not sure how their drivers get in touch with dispatch the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings............. If you see this I strongly encourage you to contact me here with a reply the state police have our video and are looking for your driver.
