I've waited well a month now for my replacement card! Called when 10 days were up, they said another 10 days..n now its day 25..n still no card, but u can damn sure believe they took that 10$ charge at the beginning. This place is so lousy. Im pulling my account from here. 3 thumbs DOWN!!
Commodore bank was great for 10 Years this north star bank is worthless
The new bank president Charles Moore is a pompous, rude man. We took our funds out to another bank. A President/CEO should not come out of their office and interrupt into a half heard conversation rudely spewing comments that were not even relevant to what we were talking about. There are plenty of banks around willing to collect interest on my money, he needs some serious customer service training.
Just want to say thank you to this bank for letting me park my semi truck in the large caldusac type parking lot while staying at the Best Western.
