I was told I had a nine year loan it turned out to be a twelve year loan. I financed $46,276.88 and I found out I owned $67,079.52. They charged me 50 percent interest. I'm paying over $20,000 in interest on a $46,000 loan. I will never use this bank ever again. They are legalized crooks. I recommend to people not to use this bank to finance anything. There should be laws to protect the consumers from thieves like this.
I’ve used this bank since 2018. It just keeps getting worse and terrible service when I call in for help. Outrageous monthly fees and no one seems to be able to explain them. Shut down my savings account unexplained too. When I had to order a new debit card I had to call three times and each time I was told that it was never ordered by the previous person that was “helping” me order the new one over the phone.
