These people will diagnose your mower to be DOA, give you hellaiuos repair bill, and then turn around and and try to buy your $4500 mower for $200. Also, no one else in Memphis will work on Ariens mowers but them. STAY AWAY. They seem to be ok until the purchase is made, and your card has been swiped.
I avoid this place after my experiences of them trying to rip me off.
