Amazing customer service experience from calling and booking our water delivery to the water being delivered. We got a new pool and needed about one and a half trucks to fill up I called a bunch of places and they quoted me double from what this place did. The girl I spoke to was so understanding answered all my questions the guy came in with extra hoses skilled our pool took his time mingled with us and the kids overall amazing experience.

These guys are the best! We use them every year to fill up our pool and they go out of their way to ensure that the timing of the water delivery works with our set-up time so that we aren't exposing the empty pool to damage from wind. They were also kind enough to give us timing updates on the day they were delivering so that we could make sure that our grandchildren could be there when the water arrived. And they also offer the best pricing out there so you can't go wrong.

We are so impressed with the service we have already received from Commercial. We were in a pinch for water on a Friday afternoon, when our current provided suspended his service without notice. Dale was recommended to us and has saved the day. He brought us a load of water within 2 hrs of our phone conversation and we weren't even completely empty. He had also remembered who we were and where we lived, based off a past company he worked for. Wow! That's amazing. Talk about customer service!! I so far, can't say enough good ... read more
