I approved a quote to repair a piece of our equipment on June 9, 2025. They did not actually make an attempt to make the repairs until December 8, 2025. Six months later. In January of 2026 I received my first invoice/communication from them threatening to put my account into collections and to add a 25% fee to the total. The tech was professional and made the repairs. The company itself is not recommended.
Worst Service Experience: Appliances Damaged and Property Stolen (Filing Lawsuit) Worst service experience ever. I dealt with Commercial Parts & Service for months to repair a mixer and an oven. The technicians failed to make any useful repairs and actively worsened the situation. 1. Highly Unskilled, Zero Customer Service, and Damaged My Equipment. Absolutely appalling experience. This company is profoundly incompetent; they do not know their job and completely wasted my time. Their service resulted in my appliance being worse than before. There is no competent management to deal with customer issues. They simply damage your equipment and then ignore you completely. Avoid this company if you want working appliances and responsive service.
Unprofessional, Incompetent, and Highly Destructive Service. Absolutely zero stars. This company is profoundly incompetent and unprofessional. They wasted months of my time, sent technicians who clearly did not understand the repair, and then actively destroyed my equipment instead of fixing it.
