Highly Unskilled, Zero Customer Service, and Damaged My Equipment. Absolutely appalling experience. This company is profoundly incompetent; they do not know their job and completely wasted my time. Their service resulted in my appliance being worse than before. There is no competent management to deal with customer issues. They simply damage your equipment and then ignore you completely. Avoid this company if you want working appliances and responsive service.

They wasted months of my time, sent technicians who clearly did not understand the repair, and then actively destroyed my equipment instead of fixing it.
