Very friendly and helpful staff, the bank is extremely community oriented.
I came in and tried to open a checking account for 2 reasons to have an actual bank close by for a reasonable fee and to get a cashier's check for a house I was buying and state law restricts cash payment. I have a bank online for past 10 years but it's not a physical bank. Well I go in and they take all my information and then the phone rings and she hangs up and says I'm denied the account!
