This man charged us a lot of money but didn’t help us at all. He was never available to answer any telephone calls and would not give us any information about what was happening. It took a long time to even get a mortgage offer from this company. When we finally did get one it was for nearly 100,000 less than we were originally quoted. Also the day we got the offer from the mortgage lender he invoiced us with his cut of the profits.
