I just spoke to one of their Brokers about helping my team with commercial loans. About a year ago, I was referred to Financial Compound, I had a few commercial projects that required funding, but those projects did not work out due to permitting issues. We finally got a project we could move on about 5 months ago. I thought it was straight forward but there were many obstacles that had to be dealt with and the guys at FC helped save this project. Not only did they get me better than expected terms for my loan, they helped me navigate a lot of unknowns.
These guys know there stuff, if they can't get a deal done, no one can. I needed a bridge loan for a construction project that has been held up due to finances. I found these guys on Google and after speaking with them, we decided to give them a shot. Bottom line, they pulled it off and we are back on track. Highly recommend
I desperately needed to get a Land Loan for a piece of property next to our current property in San Diego. We have a long standing business here and the vacant land next to us just went up for sale.
