Thaddeus, Autumn and others that were behind the scenes took a complex party of nine sibling buy out loan and made it simple. Additionally, they worked with an external resource to lock in the tax rate and the final step was the refinance. In the end, it went as smoother than I imagined and my stress level went from 10 to 0 because of them. CLC exceeded my expectations!!!

I first found CLOANC (Commercial Loan Corp) through an internet search. In fact, I called all the estate loan lenders. This Review is WAY overdue. I can not say enough about the team at Commercial Loan Corporation (CLC), specifically Tanis and Autumn. Just Amazing. My parents home in Los Angeles was in an irrevocable Trust, and I needed assistance in being able to take out a loan so I could get repairs done and then eventually fully renovate the home to sell.
