From the first time I spoke with her, Dale Lusher was 100% engaged in making my loan happen. She and Autumn Skerritt guided me through the entire loan process, step by step. They reminded me when things needed to be done and helped me to accomplish the tasks. Without them, this would have been very much more difficult. Both are very knowledgeable and they have a team they work with that really smooths the process. Highly recommended.

CLOANC helped me through a tough process. Dale Lusher in particular helped me out a lot and kept things moving even when I was slow with some things. Following the Trust Loan that I received, she aided in finding a mortgage company for purchase. While it was a little rushed and choices were limited, the process enabled everything to be done efficiently and expeditiously. I was in the last phase of an 8-year journey as the Trustee for my mom's estate. A very long, ardous process. The last step was to get a bridge loan to buy a very difficult sister out of our childhood home. In CA, you cannot pay a sibling off w/ your own money if your parent(s) have a trust. You have to get an independent source of money to put into that trust and then turn around and pay off the sibling from the trust.
