I have gotten great responses from their care team however the work they do not so much. My new employer and I have been asking for a month for them to expedite the process bc they have 2 searches out of 14 left for 3 weeks now. They are hurting my family and livelihood because of negligence and that's not okay.

I was tasked with selecting a new background checking service, one who could provide impeccable customer service, quick turnaround time, potentially a cheaper solution (most organizations in NYS are running a statewide search through NYS OCA, which has a hefty $95 fee per search) Commercial Investigations offers a NY Cursory Indicator search which is MUCH CHEAPER. From a previous employees standpoint, They don’t really care about their employees. They do provide great customer service for their clients, but treat their employees very poorly. Employees are constantly micromanaged, Not by managers, but By other employees, who like to pretend that their managers Like Nancy and Laurie. Nancy and Laurie are very racist, and Make you feel so little if you don’t do things their way.
