Ruban's prompt response regarding all queries, made procuring a property significantly easier. He's persistence to help get the best rate possible, allowed us to achieve a great rate from the banks, that we didn't imagine possible. Ruban had great market knowledge and assisted us in a thorough due diligence process to ensure we were comfortable with our decision.
