Do not use. Totally unacceptable I have (had) over 130K in GICs and once i asked to have them moved to another institution it has been 3 months of nothing. Repeated calls by us our other bank and just blabber. Lost 3 months of interest, lost faith in this place ... I am going to file a complaint and go to Ombudsman. Run away as fast as you can.
