Today is 12/10/25. I went to this particular branch and wanted to purchase a few rolls of pennies and they refused to sell me any. No reason given except that they said they were not allowed to give them out. Seems like they are scamming the public because the government just finished producing the 2025 pennies a few days ago. I am an account holder at this bank and this is how they treat their customers. I guess it’s time to find a new bank.
This is the best bank you could ask for. Always a great experience visiting this location due to the friendly customer service. Big shout out to Martha who always makes time for you and explains everything in great detail. Love it!!!
