At first they were great and helpful and wanted to help with obtaining a mortgage but after they reviewed the paperwork and they denied my kids they wouldn't even talk to us. We wanted to ask about options and what to do at this point and they were short and rude and done. We understand that obviously they can't help everybody but their customer service should be the same from start to finish. Just very disappointed
I was in the drive through on 06-17-16 which was a Friday the hours sign says open till 6:30 It was 5:55 and the bank was closed as I'm existing the drive through two bank employees are walking out of the bank so I ask what do you close the man says six o'clock and I said it's just now six and it was 6:00 according to my cell phone. The signs on bank door and there website both say 6:30 on Fridays the man's response was they mailed out flyers of the closing time change.
