A year ago when looking at a home loan, they told me they gave me the best rate possible. I ended up with a way better rate from my former bank in Texas. Today I asked them for a favour to help me with onboarding for my company that got acquired because it requires a witness. And they refused to provide witness. Usually I suggest to support local. Not this bank. There is no reason to ever go here.

Friendly staff. But a lot of behind on a lot of banking stuff compared to other banks. Only way to pay a car loan with them is go pay them directly or mail it to them. I'm just glad my bank has pay bills online to save lost in mail it waste gas to pay them. I'm glad my car loan is paid off I won't deal with them friendly staff and helpful. And I will say this this location may not be the main branch but this is the nicest one because the other ones is rude and they don't know what they are doing.

They stole my money multiple times. I had lost my job, and wanted to change my debit card out because someone was out to get me. The lady told me I had enough to cover the transaction, and overdrafted me for it, and hid it from me until it was hundreds of dollars.Then, after I payed all that off, I put 100$ in, and 2 months later they stole it. I always noticed money wouldn't add up, and would seem to disappear. When you call asking for help, they treat you with no respect.
