I got in line for the drive through to drop off cash to be deposited into my account. I sat in line for 34 minutes, behind 2 vehicles. When I got to the window, there are 3 other employees standing there doing nothing but talking to each other. Customer service is apparently not their strong suit anymore. I remember when teamwork was a priority.
