A very helpful, friendly, patient, understanding, and professional individuals, and group of people. I would and do recommend this bank.
Customer service isn’t great. Been with them for about 7 years or longer. Every time I try to talk to someone they just transfer me or tell me they’ll call me back and never do.
Dont not recommended this bank at all very rude was new to the bank. Nothing went right. Called me a scammer also for putting in a cashier check and verify it, place is wild. Doesn't know what a power of attorney is nor can spell Can Am or revocable. Whole building has a total I.Q of 56
Don't use this bank. The ATM only.allows $200 withdrawal at a time. Why you ask?... Because they want to charge $4 surcharge Everytime you need to withdraw money. So if you have an amount larger then 200 that you need don't go here
all the girls at the Harrogate branch were very helpful and great to work with
