I love going to the bank with such friendly tellers! Today I had Sydney and Madysen helping me today and they provided service with a smile and friendly conversation. Great job, highly recommend this place.

Commercial bank is the best 4 me! I was in a pickle & called & asked 4 a forgiveness favor & the bank supervisor in the stlouis helped me out wouldn't change banks 4 nothing plus yrs ago out debit card was compromised & they got every penny 2 our account.
Have been doing business at the Ithaca branch for about 40 years and I have only had positive experiences there. I have also done transactions with the Alma and St. Louis branches with the same results. Very good financial institution!
