I have banked with this bank since 2016 and have had amazing service for the majority of the years! Sadly, within the last year some new hires have not been providing kind service and I am switching banks. One worker, Jessica, just spoke with me on the phone as I am closing accounts and was very abrupt and not kind with our interaction at all as she hung up on me. I am sad to say that I will not miss banking with Commercial Bank.
