This is a worst bank to do business with. Run away from Mark Easterly at this branch. He is of no help. Not sure how could they make him assistant VP. Take your business to other lenders who are willing to work with you. Their online system is vintage. There is no Bill Pay option. We are forced to mail the payment in snail mail.
