Commercial bank and its perdisesor hav been my bank since moving to Tennessee in 2006. I am comfortable doing business with them
It's a great bank.
My wife and I banked with the previous institution, and since commerical took over this branch, it's been AWFUL. It's a shame that you can't give Z E R O stars.
mixed up and LOST documents needed to open my account, it took a couple weeks to finally get an account open because they kept losing my documents or mixing them up. Then got my husband's and my SSN mixed up, our online account access messed up because of it, and I'm still locked out of my account after calling support. Rude phone support, the teller asked me if I was done yet, because she wanted to get off the phone. She actually said that. Holds on all incoming checks for a week, "for your protection."
