Cannot recommend this place enough. Frank and Crimson are the best, very polite and informative throughout the entire process. They provided excellent communication for the entirety of the time my car was in the shop and did a great job of handling things with insurance so I didn't have to. They made the entire process seamless and enjoyable!
I brought my vehicle here for body work and paint. The work performed was half complete and the paint work looks like they did it outside, There is dirt in paint 10 places and they left raw exposed metal under parts that were not visible. I called Frank to get it fixed and they refuse to repair, Do not take vehicles here for work!
Crimson and Floyd are very attentive and professional. I appreciated Floyd’s honesty regarding repairs to my car. He went out of his way to help me and communicate with insurance. I would visit this shop again even absent an insurance claim.
Really enjoyed working with Floyd, Crimson, and Dawson. Everyone was prompt with information and vary helpful on what tasks needed to be taken on.
I have a company fleet vehicle that needed hail damage repair. I was assigned to Commerce City Collision. In a strange turn of events, there was a missing piece that did not get replaced. However, Floyd and Crimson were very helpful. Not only were they responsive with phone calls, and parts ordering, but they were kind, courteous, and their team did excellent work for me.
