Poor customer service over the phone. Keep sending me in all directions even though I use their automated system correctly. Additional charges (highest I have ever had anywhere) for every transaction fee when paying over the phone or online monthly... No one available on Sundays. I am really sick of having a loan with them already and it has only been two months.
One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I have been an account holder since 2016 and within the last year, Commerce Bank has 1. Reported me delinquent before 30 days when I have never been late on a payment before 2. Has dropped my credit limit TWICE, to below what I currently owed, then reported me to the credit bureaus I cannot wait to pay off my CC balance owed and drop this "financial institution".
