My mother is 91 years old. She’s been a Commerce bank customer for over 50 years.  Several years ago, the bank decided to change the bank statement to a middle of the month statement. She called Commerce a number of times and drove there, asking them to change it to end of the month, which they never did. As a CPA I got involved trying to get the bank to do this. My mother is 91 years old and has been a loyal commerce Bank customer for over 30 years.  About five years ago, they changed her bank statement, cut off date to sometime in the middle of the month. At her age, this is very difficult to adapt to. She called several times and then visited the bank to request they restore her bank cutoff statement to the end of the month again.
