They give you a debit card that won't work everywhere. They have an online system that won't function all the time. Went a hour away, needed cash, not one ATM in Butler recognized the card. I couldn't get what I needed. Than I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for IT to pick up. Than the Captain Obvious I just spoke to said Well, I can pass it on up, but our card stock is printed on plastic thats above my head. This is the nicest bank staff i have ever worked with. I made a really stupid error and caused them extra work and they were still kind about it. I appreciate you folks !!

Commerce Bank in Harrisonville is an amazing place to bank. They are helpful and very friendly.
My wife went there just to exchange €500, but they ended up taking almost all the money with all their charges. They applied a $40 fee just because she’s not an account holder — like, why is that even mandatory? Then they’re also deducting $12.50 just to mail the check. And to make things worse, the exchange rate they used is lower than expected. Altogether, they’ve taken about $102 more for themselves — it’s just not fair.
