Seems like they don't quite have their "stuff" together yet. Received a promotion in the mail. Went to redeem new account promo and they wouldn't honor it, in fact they didn't know it even existed. They even said it was probably a scam, EVEN THOUGH they have the same promo on their website! Still wouldn't honor it. Not gonna trust them with my money.
