I’ve been banking at Commerce bank for many years. I have always felt well cared for, and appreciated as a customer. Without going into detail, they have gone out of their way to help my family, particularly years ago when we needed something “extra” from another bank (that we had been banking with at the time) on a weekend and they said “too bad.” Someone we knew from Commerce made it happen for us and we immediately moved all our business to Commerce after that. We have never regretted it.
Called this institution for help. Transferred three times and told 3 different things with ultimately not receiving an answer to my inquiry. On hold for 15 minutes to be turned away in the end.
Very friendly and very helpful.
