Terrible waiting time on Saturday if you want to deposit money from your car. They need new employees or they need to stay open until 6 p.m. everyday Monday to Friday. Today Sep/23/2025 same story waiting more than half hour to deposit just one check 😡.
I reached out to the South County location, Rusty Road, to order foreign money for an upcoming trip. Wowser!!! The experience was amazing. The tellers were very kind, courteous and professional. During the experience, the tellers also assisted other customers - many customers were called by their first names because the staff recognized the individuals and because they care! Each of the staff were outstanding and providing the best customer service I've seen in a long time. And I'm not even a member of the bank.
