They charge $8 for non-customers to cash a check written by their own customer. Today I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru, in Arnold, because the Festus branch closed with no notice, and Arnold wasn't prepared for the surge of customers. After 20 minutes, we were informed a cash machine was broken. Nonetheless, I was charged $8 because it was automatically programmed into the system already to charge me, and the employee couldn't waive it. Any less class and Commerce would be another payday loan joint in some strip center.
