On 5/18/26 10:00 am I went to the commerce creve coeur branch with one of many checks that I deposit weekly. The banker Micheal deposited the check, gave me cash back and I went on my way. Hours later after being able to use my account round 3 pm I was no longer able to use my card to make purchases it shows there’s now a hold on the account. I contacted customer service to see the issue, the customer service associate I spoke with said that the bank held 5,000 of funds in my account. ( they flagged it as fraudulent) the ban... read more
