sat on hold for 35 minutes and still no response puts debit card on hold and does not notify no one can answerr any questions
Best experience ever at this banking location. I lost my card, called in my plight, Alley and Beth got me situated in a short amount of time. Both women were very polite, and Alley and Beth knew I was on a short schedule. I didn't ask for any preemptive care, and when I showed up on my limited lunch break, they were ready to make my lost debit card. Couldn't recommend a better business and two great women who helped make the process fluid.
