I went to this branch recently, and was waited on by the assistant branch manager, Brett. I informed him I how I was a recent scamming victim. As soon as I told him what happened to me, his tone and attitude towards me immediately changed. He was very condescending towards me, and made me feel like a complete idiot because I got scammed.
