Worst customer service experience ever. I don’t recommend anyone do business with Commerce Bank. The Manager is very dismissive to those of color and refuses to provide assistance. Anyone currently doing business with Commerce Bank should withdraw their money and start doing business with Home Bank.
Only been a customer a few years but the service and staff are both very professional and friendly
